For the bellaflora work force, the best simply represents the day-to-day standard.
This is because bellaflora employees regard plants as living things, which are worthy of optimum care. Around two-thirds of the bellaflora staff are trained specialists. Academics (e.g. graduates from the Vienna University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences) are employed along with master gardeners and personnel with completed apprenticeships.
The bellaflora apprenticeship concept
At bellaflora, internal training and further training are a priority. This is exemplified by bellaflora’s role as an initiator in the creation of a new 3-year “Garden Centre Salesperson” apprenticeship.
At present, bellaflora is training around 45 apprentices. Rich possibilities for promotion are also available due to the company’s policy of continuous growth.
